She also practices law and teaches at law schools specializing in international human rights, refugee law, and US immigration law.
On numerous occasions, she has testified about the suffering church before the United Nations Human Rights Council and before the United States Congressional hearings and briefings.

All engaged and married couples are invited to attend and hear the night's speakers, John and Mary Sullivan.
John worked at Sentry Insurance for 42 years. Mary was a kindergarten teacher.
They retired in 2007. The title of their talk is "How to Stay Married."
A social hour will begin at 5 p.m. at the Hotel Mead in Wisconsin Rapids, followed by dinner and music/dancing.
